Seats are back-office users: dispatchers, admins, billing, and other team members who use the dashboard. Drivers never count as seats on any plan. A free account with 1 seat can still have unlimited drivers using the Driver App.

Yes, no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, no data is deleted. Your team members are set to view-only, drivers keep full access, and the free plan limits apply. If you upgrade again later, you can restore everyone's original roles with one click.

The free plan has no load limit, so you can create, edit, and close out as many loads as you want. It includes one back-office user (the owner, whose seat is always free), and your drivers are always free and unlimited. Messaging, the dispatch calendar, bulk actions, and CSV import and export are free on every plan. You pay only for what you add: extra office seats are $50 per seat per month, and the AI dispatcher is $199 per person per month with the seat included. Brokerage, Pool Dispatch, and Analytics & Reports are becoming optional add-ons at $25 per month each, with availability coming soon.
