I spent 12 years driving trucks. I ran for a company that operated entirely on spreadsheets. Loads, drivers, equipment, every appointment and handoff lived in a tab someone had to remember to update.

I had been writing code on the side for years, so I started building a tool to replace the spreadsheets and the text-message dispatching. Every legacy TMS I tried felt like it needed a manual and a training course. I wanted something that just made sense.

Over time, that tool became Dray Flow.

Is my data secure and private?
Absolutely. Every account's data is fully isolated, so one carrier can never see another's loads, drivers, or financials. We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and a complete audit trail on every change. Your operational data is never sold or shared.
What types of freight can Dray Flow handle?
All of them. Dray Flow supports containers, dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, heavy haul, tankers, and specialized freight. One platform handles everything you haul, with no need for multiple TMS systems.

The free plan gives you core TMS features with up to 10 active loads, 1 user (owner), full fleet management, the driver mobile app, and a read-only AI assistant (20 requests/day). Your account comes pre-loaded with sample data so you can explore immediately. No credit card required, no time limit.
What does 'per seat' mean? Do drivers count?
Seats are back-office users: dispatchers, admins, billing, and other team members who use the dashboard. Drivers never count as seats on any plan. A free account with 1 seat can still have unlimited drivers using the Driver App.
Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes, no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, no data is deleted. Your team members are set to view-only, drivers keep full access, and the free plan limits apply. If you upgrade again later, you can restore everyone's original roles with one click.
What happens when I hit the free plan limits?
You'll never lose access to your data. If you reach 10 active loads, you can still view, edit, and close out everything. You just can't create new ones until you upgrade to Pro or free up space by completing existing ones. Same for users: your existing team and drivers are never affected. Upgrading is instant and unlocks unlimited loads, users, and priority support.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes. Dray Flow supports CSV bulk import for loads, and you can quickly add locations, drivers, and equipment through the dashboard or by talking to the AI assistant. Need help migrating? Get in touch and we'll work with you directly.
